HOW TO REGISTER ?

THE DIRECTOR RECEIVES EACH FAMILY DURING AN INTERVIEW IN THE PRESENCE OF THE FUTURE STUDENT. THE OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERVIEW IS AN FIRST CONTACT, AN EXCHANGE ON THE SCHOOL COURSE TO DATE, A PRESENTATION OF THE FAMILY AND YOUNG PEOPLE'S PROJECTS IN TERMS OF ORIENTATION, A PRESENTATION BY THE DIRECTOR OF THE ESTABLISHMENT, OF ITS EDUCATIONAL PROJECT. AS A GENERAL RULE THE DIRECTOR CONFIRMS DURING THE INTERVIEW ADMISSION.


Registrations at Lycée Saint Joseph take place all year round, but it is preferable to contact the establishment as soon as the family's choice seems to favor Saint JO. For registrations in all classes of the baccalaureate cycle (general, technological, professional), for registrations in 3rd or 2nd year classes, families are invited to contact Mr. Aurélien LEFRANC on 03 21 99 06 99. An appointment will be offered to you in slots compatible with the parents' schedule. At the end of the appointment, an administrative file is sent to the family. This file must be completed as best as possible to facilitate the registration interview. As soon as admission is confirmed by the director, registration enters the active phase, families receive written confirmation of admission to registration for the next school year within 15 days. For the preparatory class for the Internal Security Professions competition, admission application files must be requested by telephone on 03 21 99 06 99 from Mr. Aurélien LEFRANC. Files must be returned completed within the deadline specified on the file. Upon receipt of the file, an email is sent attesting to the successful receipt of the file. A selection committee decides on the application, an interview may possibly take place (or a selection test depending on the training system). A subsequent letter will communicate admission or refusal to the class for the next school year. For the senior technician sections (B.T.S), the procedure is called dematerialized.
